These Subscription Terms constitute the official supplementary rules for all paid subscription and value-added services provided by Zorami. This document clarifies all applicable rules concerning subscription plan types, tiered preferential mechanisms, dual coin wallet deduction priorities, exclusive member privileges, coin validity restrictions and service management specifications. All users who purchase, activate, renew or use Zorami subscription services are deemed to fully recognize and accept all clauses of these Terms.
All paid subscription value-added functions of Zorami run based on local AI computing and local device processing mechanisms. The activation of subscription privileges only unlocks exclusive creation rights and preferential billing qualifications through local program identification. No user creation data, portrait content or billing records will be processed or stored outside the user's local device environment.
These Terms apply to all official subscription plans of Zorami, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. All behaviors including subscription purchase, automatic renewal, manual renewal, subscription coin consumption and exclusive privilege usage are governed by the contents of these Terms.
Zorami subscription is an exclusive paid member service for individual lightweight portrait creation. Compared with ordinary non-subscribed users, subscribed users can enjoy tiered subscription discounts, priority official support and exclusive local AI creation privileges to reduce daily creation costs and improve user experience.
Zorami provides four complete cyclic subscription plans to adapt to different user creation frequencies and usage cycles. The optional subscription types include weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. Users can independently select the matching subscription cycle according to personal usage demands.
Zorami implements a long-cycle preferential billing policy for all subscribed users. All subscription modes enjoy exclusive preferential prices compared with single-time coin purchase and separate creation consumption. The longer the subscription cycle purchased by users, the higher the discount proportion and the lower the average daily usage cost. Annual subscription enjoys the maximum discount advantage, followed by semi-annual subscription, monthly subscription and weekly subscription in sequence. Long-term subscribed users can continuously enjoy platform exclusive preferential subsidies.
The validity period of all subscription plans starts immediately after the local payment order takes effect. Weekly subscription is valid for seven consecutive natural days. Monthly subscription covers one complete natural month. Semi-annual subscription lasts for six consecutive natural months. Annual subscription includes twelve consecutive natural months. All validity calculations are based on the local time of the user device.
Zorami adopts a standard dual coin wallet system composed of purchased coin packs and subscription reward coins. Purchased coins obtained through official in-app purchases are permanent local balance and will be retained for long-term use. Subscription coins are exclusive time-limited virtual benefits issued only after users activate valid subscription plans. All wallet data and consumption records are stored locally on the user device only.
In all local AI creation scenarios that require coin deduction, including portrait generation and video animation production, the system will automatically prioritize the consumption of valid subscription coin balance. Subscription coins will be deducted first before any permanent purchased coins are consumed. The priority deduction rule is permanently effective during the valid subscription period to ensure subscribed users fully utilize exclusive subscription benefits.
Subscription coins are exclusive time-limited virtual assets that are only valid and usable during the user's active subscription period. All subscription coin consumption behaviors must be completed within the current valid subscription cycle. Once the subscription period expires without renewal, all unused subscription coin balance will be immediately invalidated and completely cleared by the local system. Expired subscription coins cannot be used, restored, accumulated, deferred or converted in any form. Users shall reasonably arrange subscription coin consumption during the valid subscription term to avoid automatic failure caused by expiration.
All subscribed users enjoy exclusive tiered preferential billing rights. Long-cycle subscription users can obtain lower unit creation costs and occasional limited-time preferential activities. The preferential mechanism effectively reduces the comprehensive consumption cost of local AI portrait and video creation.
Valid subscribed users enjoy full-scene priority service support. Subscribed users can preferentially experience the latest local AI algorithm optimization, portrait rendering effect upgrades and motion video detail iterations earlier than ordinary users. In terms of function consultation, abnormal problem feedback and usage guidance, subscribed users can obtain priority response and targeted professional support services.
Subscribed users can unlock exclusive high-level creation privileges matching different subscription cycles, including optimized portrait detail rendering, richer style preset adaptation and more stable natural smile and blink motion effects. All exclusive privileges run based on local AI programs to improve the overall quality of user creation works.
All Zorami subscription plans adopt a default automatic renewal mechanism. Users may turn off the automatic renewal function in advance through local device subscription management settings. If automatic renewal is not closed before expiration, the subscription service will be automatically renewed for the same cycle at the prevailing standard price upon expiration.
After the subscription period expires without active renewal, all exclusive privileges including preferential billing, priority support and subscription coin priority deduction qualification will be automatically terminated. All unconsumed subscription coins will be completely invalidated and cleared locally. The user service mode will automatically revert to the basic free usage state with only permanent purchased coin balance retained.
Users can actively renew or upgrade subscription plans at any time during the valid subscription period. The renewed valid duration will be automatically accumulated on the basis of remaining subscription time. Upgrading to a longer subscription cycle will immediately activate higher-level discount benefits and full exclusive member privileges.
All subscription privileges and subscription coin benefits are limited to the user's personal non-commercial local creation use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing or gifting subscription qualifications and virtual assets to any third party. Any unauthorized commercial trading of subscription rights is deemed invalid.
Subscribed users shall abide by Zorami User Agreement and standardized usage norms. Users are prohibited from using exclusive subscription privileges to produce illegal, inappropriate and infringing works. All non-compliant usage behaviors and subsequent consequences shall be independently borne by users.
If users violate platform usage rules and conduct improper trading or illegal creation behaviors, Zorami reserves the right to terminate the user's exclusive subscription privileges in advance without compensation or coin refund.
All completed subscription payments, consumed subscription coins and expired subscription benefits are final and non-refundable. No partial refund, proportional refund or credit replacement will be provided for unused subscription time, unconsumed creation quotas and invalidated subscription coins. Users shall confirm the subscription cycle and service content before completing payment.
Zorami reserves the right to optimize and adjust subscription prices, preferential mechanisms, coin usage rules and exclusive privilege contents according to product function iteration. Updated terms will be displayed in the application interface. Continued use of subscription services by users is deemed recognition of the updated clauses.
