Zorami is a lightweight local AI portrait studio designed for mobile device users, providing independent local creation functions without mandatory account registration and login. This document standardizes all user service behaviors and application service provision standards. Installing and using the application means that users fully read, understand and voluntarily accept all terms contained in this Agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data. All local AI portrait generation, local AI video animation, data calculation and content storage functions of Zorami run in a closed loop on the user's local device. No facial feature information, portrait content or user operation records will be retained outside the user device in any usage scenario.
Zorami is a professional local AI portrait creation application focusing on personal lightweight portrait production. The application supports two core creation modes including text prompt and style preset based photorealistic portrait generation and local photo based dynamic video creation with natural smile and blink motion effects. All finished works are stored in the local history library, supporting local preview, album export and system sharing. All core functions rely on local AI computing and local device resources to complete independent creation. All creation behaviors are processed locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Zorami adopts a permanent account free service mode. Users can open the application and use all portrait creation functions, dual wallet billing functions, content export and sharing functions without any registration, login or personal information binding operations. The whole usage process maintains complete user anonymity and local independence. There is no user information uploading or data collection link in the whole service process, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All services provided by Zorami are limited to personal non commercial creation, entertainment and daily aesthetic use. Users can generate portrait works and dynamic short videos for personal collection, social display and personal creation practice. Any unauthorized commercial use, profit making transaction, secondary packaging and public dissemination of application functions and generated works are not allowed. All personal creation behaviors are completed in local device space, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users have full independent control over all operation behaviors and creation content in Zorami. Users can independently input text creation prompts, select built in style presets, upload local device photos, trigger local AI portrait rendering and dynamic video animation, view local creation history, preview finished works, export files and complete local sharing operations. All operation decisions are independently controlled by users. All operation data and generated portrait content are only stored locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
When using Zorami local AI creation services, users shall abide by public order and good usage norms. Users are prohibited from using the application to create inappropriate, offensive, inappropriate and non compliant portrait works. Users are prohibited from tampering with local application programs, modifying local AI algorithm files, cracking functional permissions and interfering with normal local operation of the application. All non compliant usage consequences shall be independently borne by users. The application always adheres to local closed loop processing and does not collect any facial data regardless of user operation behaviors.
All data generation, local AI calculation, image rendering and video synthesis of Zorami are completed in the user's local device environment. The application does not have any external data transmission, backup and migration channels. All user input text content, selected style parameters, uploaded photo materials, generated portraits and dynamic videos only exist in the user's local private file directory. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Users have the ultimate management authority of all local data generated by Zorami. Users can browse and sort local creation history records at any time, preview all static portrait works and dynamic video works, export qualified works to device albums, and actively delete single creation files or clear all local creation records and source photo materials. After active deletion, all corresponding local data will be completely cleared without any residual cache or backup files. All facial information contained in user creation content is fully managed and controlled by users themselves, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Zorami's pure local operation mode completely avoids external leakage risks of user portrait data and creation content. Users shall be independently responsible for the security of their device operating environment and local creation data. Users shall prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing local devices and viewing local creation works. The application does not collect or store any user facial data, so there is no risk of facial data leakage caused by the application.
Zorami adopts a standardized dual wallet billing mechanism including purchased coin packs and subscription coin benefits. Purchased coins obtained through official in app purchases are retained as permanent local balance. Subscription coins are exclusive virtual benefits obtained by activating subscription services. Each photorealistic portrait generation consumes thirty coins and each dynamic video production consumes one hundred coins. All wallet balance data and consumption records are only stored in the user's local device directory. All wallet data changes are recorded locally without external interaction, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
In all local AI creation consumption scenarios, the system will automatically prioritize the consumption of valid subscription coin balance for deduction and settlement. When subscription coin balance is insufficient to cover the creation cost, permanent purchased coin balance will be used for supplementary deduction. All deduction behaviors and balance updates are completed through local program verification, with no external data participation. The priority deduction mechanism runs locally throughout the whole process, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All coin pack purchases and subscription service activations are only applicable to users' personal non commercial creation use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing or gifting local wallet assets and subscription privileges to any third party. Any unauthorized commercial trading of paid rights is invalid. All subscription privilege verification and functional unlocking are completed through local program identification. Paid service activation and usage do not change the local processing attribute of user content, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All intellectual property rights of Zorami including local AI algorithm framework, application interface design, style preset resources, functional layout and program code are fully protected. Users only obtain limited personal non commercial usage rights during the use of the application. No individual or organization may copy, decompile, modify, crack or commercially use the core resources of the application without authorization.
All static portrait works and dynamic portrait short videos independently created by users through Zorami local AI functions belong to the users themselves. Users can freely preview, export, save and share personal creation works for non commercial purposes. The application does not occupy any ownership and usage right of user creation works. The whole creation process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for the authenticity, legality and compliance of uploaded portrait photos, creation text content and generated works. If user creation and sharing behaviors cause intellectual property disputes or inappropriate consequences, users shall bear all corresponding responsibilities independently. The application does not participate in user content creation and does not collect any facial data of users, so it does not bear joint liability for user non compliant behaviors.
Zorami will regularly carry out local AI algorithm optimization, style preset update, motion effect upgrade and functional experience iteration according to user usage feedback. All version updates and resource replacements are completed locally on the user device. The update process will not read, modify or migrate any user local creation data and portrait files. Service iteration always adheres to local processing rules, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Individual functions of the application may be temporarily unavailable due to local program maintenance, system adaptation and device compatibility optimization. Temporary service adjustment will not affect the storage security and integrity of user local creation data. During all service maintenance cycles, the application still does not collect any facial data of users.
Zorami reserves the right to optimize and adjust the terms of this Agreement according to product function iteration and service upgrade. The updated agreement content will be displayed in the application interface for users to view. The continuous use of application services by users after the update is deemed to accept the adjusted terms. Any agreement update will not change the core local processing rule and the fundamental rule that the application does not collect any facial data of users.
If users seriously violate this Agreement and use the application for illegal creation, inappropriate content production and unauthorized commercial behavior, Zorami has the right to terminate the user's service usage qualification. After the service right is terminated, users can still independently clean up all local data generated by the application on their devices. The termination of service qualification will not trigger any data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
